We Interview Kim Chase about the Importance of Working Together

Kim Chase runs Strawberry Fields Together, an ecotourism initiative which prides itself on uniting locals and tourists from all over the world in sustainable ways. Strawberry Fields Together has a beautiful full kitchen staff, who make food grown organically on their property, and combine American/European and Jamaican food. Strawberry Fields also offers ecotourism excursions, which can range from snorkeling right on the reef in front of the property to hiking to waterfalls and old ruins to visiting Port Antonio. Kim’s hospitable attitude, and the loving nature of the village and people surrounding Strawberry Fields show the beauty of the Jamaican people that many tourists may not get to see.
